Hublot North America looking for an Assistant Boutique Director for our Dallas boutique.MISSION: The Assistant Boutique Director is responsible for assisting the Boutique Director in all operations of the Hublot boutique, as well as in managing the staff, to maximize the boutique performance.Job ResponsabilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: SalesProvide the highest level of customer service in all areas of negotiation, client satisfaction and after-sales serviceEnsure the integrity of the brand in the boutique according to HQ standardsEnsure daily display follows HQ guidelines and rotation on a regular basisBack office and administrationWeekly reporting on boutique sales and operationsProvide necessary feedback on inventory mix, stock orders and inventory controlsManage logistics of returns and after-sales inventoryAssist in focusing the team on financial targets of the boutique, including sales, discounts and inventoryEvents, activations and networkingAssist in all logistic of boutique event organized by the brandEnsure boutique Instagram account is updated following the HQ guidelinesCRM: ensure customer database is up to date and provide necessary information ManagementAssist in staff schedulingProvide mentoring to Sales Associates on the floor in customer service and relationship as well as ensuring that all Retail guidelines, policies & procedure of the company are followedActing manager on the floor when Boutique Director is not present in the boutiqueProfilePROFILEBachelor’s degree preferred and minimum 5 years of related experiencePrevious retail luxury experience requiredMinimum of 2 years in a retail management role and previous experience in assisting manage a store requiredStrong organizational skillsGood leadership skills and team managementHigh customer focus and strong interpersonal skillsThorough understanding of timepieces industry desiredMS Office proficientFull Time with benefitsAdditional InformationContractPermanent JobExperienceMinimum 5 yearsTypeFull TimeFunctionRetail
