Chipton-Ross is seeking a System Administrator for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

• Citrix server administration
• Application performance monitoring
• Database performance monitoring
• User security/access provisioning
• End-user ticket resolution, including working directly with application users and documenting solutions

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Regularly interacts with users to assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical tickets. May support user access provisioning. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network and database administrators. Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Accredited High School/GED.

WORK HOURS

Full-Time; 4/10-A.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
