Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic 

Sobieski New Homes of is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Mechanic to win repeat business by doing quality installations and Startups of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction homes. This Residential New Construction HVAC Installer position earns a competitive wage of $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC MECHANIC

• Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
• Knowledge of applicable state codes
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC new construction required
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
• Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
