Key Responsibilities for the Senior FP&A Analyst:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
• Analyze financial results, key performance indicators, and business trends to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting strategic and operational initiatives
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate profitability, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare management reporting packages and executive-level financial presentations
• Drive variance analysis and identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improved performance
Qualifications for the Senior FP&A Analyst:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business partnering
