We are looking for a dependable Dispatcher to support daily office operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position combines front-line communication with administrative coordination, helping ensure calls are handled promptly and information is recorded accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Thursday through Monday (Tuesday/Wednesday off) 1:00p.m - 9:30 p.m 

OR

Saturday through Wednesday (Thursday/Friday off) 1:30 p.m-10:00 p.m

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team members.

• Coordinate dispatch activities by tracking requests, assigning information, and helping maintain timely service support.

• Enter and update operational details, call records, and other office information with a high level of accuracy.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep office workflows organized and efficient.

• Monitor communication channels and follow up on open items to help ensure requests are addressed promptly.

• Maintain organized documentation and assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, recordkeeping, and report preparation.

• Previous experience in dispatching, administrative support, or a similar office-based role.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and clear communication.
• Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with general office procedures and administrative tasks.
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining dependable follow-through.
