Cardiology Practice Coordinator

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize multiple requests while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and compassion. Calls may include patients, physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, referring provider offices, diagnostic facilities, and other healthcare partners requiring timely and appropriate assistance.

What You Can Expect

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm schedule working in a busy Cardiology practice
• In person position
• Maintain appropriate documentations of all telecommunications processes.
• Provide general hospital and patient information, answering calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Put proper emergency plans into action, and dispatch security calls.
• Provide exemplary customer service; greet and direct patients, family members, and other visitors.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Switchboard experience Preferred

Travel is required: Never or Rarely
