Customer Service / Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Assists in health and safety incident response as needed
Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Maintain professionalism and composure under stressful conditions.
Identify customer needs and be able to ask clarifying questions.
Upsell value added products when applicable to customers.
Build sustainable relationships with customers, both internal and external.
Provide sales support to customers.
Receive orders and schedule them properly.
Give pricing for COD customers.
Record customer orders accurately into Command Data system.
Guide and recommend products for specific applications.
Work very closely with other team members to ensure customer commitments can be achieved.
Record all changes requested by customers accurately and promptly in Command and advise the dispatcher of such changes as soon as they have been recorded.
Responsible for order accuracy through attention to detail & timely correction to errors.
Other duties as assigned.

Detail oriented with strong data entry skills.
Customer focus and adaptability to the caller. Maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external clients. Maintain a professional and calm attitude under stressful situations.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Must be able to work in a high stress and fast paced environment.
Knowledge of market geography.
Ability to learn quickly in a highly fluid environment.
Willingness to Learn business specific computer programs.
