Qualifications A very strong moral & ethical foundation — integrity Minimum 1‑year leasing experience Professional appearance Ability to work hard Fun and likable personality Comfortable using new technology and internet marketing High degree of self‑confidence tempered by humility Strong attention to detail and organization Strong communication skills and ability to be articulate Reliable transportation for commuting between properties Responsibilities Leasing phone inquiries Leasing email inquiries Schedule showings Show presentation Application processing Lease creation / lease signing Move‑in coordination Property inspections Assist Property Manager Compensation and Benefits Base salary $18.00 – $23.00 per hour plus three performance‑based incentives. Paid reviews: 90‑day performance review and annual reviews (increases not guaranteed). Payroll: bi‑weekly direct deposit. 401(k): available after 90 days with up to 4% company match; auto‑enrolled at 1% unless you opt out. Vacation/PTO: earned after the first 12 months; no rollover. Years 1–5: max 2 weeks; Years 6–10: max 3 weeks. Sick time: unpaid sick time accrues over time based on hours worked. Paid holiday benefits start after 60 days of employment. Holidays: Full‑time employees receive 8 hours holiday pay; part‑time employees receive 4 hours.
