The Employment Attorney will play a key role handling employment litigation matters from case evaluation through resolution or trial. This Employment Attorney position offers the opportunity to work on compelling employment disputes while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the firm’s continued growth.Employment Attorney Responsibilities:Manage plaintiff-side employment litigation matters from intake through trial.Conduct depositions, including plaintiff, defendant, and key witness examinations.Draft and argue motions including dispositive motions and motions for summary judgment.Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery, including written discovery and document production.Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel regarding case developments.Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff on assigned matters.Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.Perks:Trial-focused plaintiff litigation practice with compelling employment matters.Collaborative team environment with attorneys who regularly work together on cases.Opportunity for meaningful professional development and financial growth.Salary: $185k-$250k (DOE) + bonusBenefits:Full benefits. 100% paid medical benefits.
