The City of Las Cruces seeks an HR support professional to perform technical and administrative duties in the implementation and coordination of human resources functions and programs. The role includes processing personnel actions, assisting with recruitment and exams, preparing reports, maintaining confidentiality, onboarding new hires, and delivering training.
