This position serves as a key operational leader responsible for the comprehensive delivery of integrated facilities management services, ensuring business continuity, financial performance, and exceptional service quality. You'll work closely with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, managing everything from advanced work order systems and vendor relationships to sustainability initiatives and emergency response coordination. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a high-profile environment where your expertise in facilities management, financial acumen, and relationship-building skills will directly contribute to both client satisfaction and JLL's reputation for excellence.What your day-to-day will look like:Execute comprehensive work order management using advanced CAFM systems, ensuring all service requests are completed within SLA parameters while maintaining detailed documentationProvide expert customer service and operational support to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted point of contact for facilities-related needsOversee vendor relationships and performance, working with procurement teams to competitively bid service contracts and ensure cost-effective, high-quality service deliverySupport P&L management activities, identifying and implementing operational cost savings initiatives to meet client budget targets and profitability goalsCoordinate sustainability programs including energy management, waste reduction, and recycling initiatives, monitoring building systems performance through BMS analysis to optimize consumptionLead HSSE activities and compliance efforts, conducting assessments, reporting incidents, and ensuring all team members complete required safety trainingManage facility documentation and regulatory reporting to maintain audit readiness and compliance with all local, state, and federal requirementsFoster collaborative relationships across internal teams and client stakeholders, proactively identifying emerging needs and developing innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.Required qualifications:Progressive experience in corporate facilities management with demonstrated expertise in delivering integrated FM services in complex environmentsProven track record of managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement activities to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessStrong financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets, P&L oversight, and implementing cost optimization programsSolid understanding of building automation systems, energy management practices, and sustainability frameworksExperience using CAFM or similar work order management systems to track service delivery and maintain compliance documentationDemonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to senior executives and stakeholders in fast-paced corporate settingsStrong leadership capabilities with experience fostering team collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiativesExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across all organizational levelsPreferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related fieldExperience managing facilities for corporate clients in professional services, media, or communications industriesKnowledge of LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certification standards and green building practicesFamiliarity with IoT implementation, smart building technologies, and digital transformation initiatives in facilities managementExperience supporting corporate relocations, renovations, or significant change management projectsTrack record of successfully implementing sustainability programs that reduce environmental impact while maintaining operational efficiencyProfessional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or similar credentialsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
