This position requires an onsite presence in O'Fallon, Missouri. Only qualified Lead Software Engineer candidates located near O'Fallon, MO will be considered. No third-party candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Canvas applications with focus on scalability and performance
Build and optimize Power Automate workflows for production-grade automation solutions
Architect and manage Dataverse data models and SharePoint integrations
Apply UX design principles to create intuitive, clean, and user-friendly interfaces
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications

Deep experience building and maintaining Power Apps Canvas applications
Strong UX instincts with focus on clean, intuitive, and scalable design patterns
Proven Power Automate experience delivering reliable, production-grade workflows
Expertise in SharePoint and Dataverse data modeling and integration
Proficiency with Microsoft Canvas, Power Automate, Dataverse/Fabric, and SharePoint
