We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver impactful HR solutions across talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, change management, and employee relations. You'll also play a key role in driving HR transformation and leveraging AI-enabled technologies to enhance decision-making and employee experiences.What You'll DoStrategic Business PartnershipPartner with business leaders to understand priorities and develop people strategies that support organizational goalsServe as a trusted advisor on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagementProvide coaching and guidance to leaders on a broad range of HR mattersTalent & Organizational DevelopmentLead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planningSupport employee development strategies that strengthen organizational capability and performanceHelp identify and address talent risks while building strong leadership pipelinesChange Management & TransformationSupport organizational transformation initiatives and help leaders navigate change effectivelyDrive HR transformation projects that improve efficiency, employee experience, and business outcomesFoster a culture of adaptability, engagement, and continuous improvementData-Driven HR LeadershipAnalyze workforce metrics, turnover trends, engagement results, and talent dataProvide leaders with actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-makingMeasure and communicate the impact of people initiatives on business performanceEmployee Relations & HR OperationsAdvise leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, and workplace issuesEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practicesCollaborate with Global HR and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent and effective HR solutionsHR Innovation & TechnologyChampion the adoption of AI-enabled HR technologies and digital toolsLeverage data and technology to improve employee experiences and drive more effective people decisionsPromote innovative approaches that enhance organizational effectiveness and HR service deliveryWhat You'll BringExperience6+ years of experience as an HR Business PartnerExperience partnering with senior leaders on people and business strategiesExperience working within a global matrixed organizationMedical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferredKnowledge & SkillsDeep understanding of LOAs, time keeping, accommodations, compliance, employee engagementStrong understanding of employment laws, especially California employment law and HR best practicesProven ability to influence leaders and build strong stakeholder relationshipsExperience supporting organizational change and transformation initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionLeadership CompetenciesPositive, growth-oriented mindsetComfortable navigating ambiguity and changing business prioritiesStrong customer focus and business acumenResults-oriented with exceptional planning and organizational skillsCommitment to continuous learning and self-developmentAbility to lead initiatives and drive change through influence, building trusted relationships and gaining commitment from leaders and teams across the organization without direct managerial authorityPassion for leveraging technology, AI, and digital HR solutions to improve outcomesA minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at SonovaDon't meet all the criteria? This role's pay range is between: $131,560/yr - $170,000/yr.
