Job Description The EVERSANA/Millicent Pharma Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for selling Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. The Representative will engage Health Care Professionals, Office Staff and Decision Makers in face‑to‑face discussions with the goal of promoting the assigned product(s), maximizing sales potential, and meeting/exceeding all goals and objectives. The Representative is expected to possess a high knowledge level of their product(s), customer and territory, and will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. Key Responsibilities Sell and promote client products to OB/GYNs and related providers within the assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and support staff. Educate providers on product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use. Analyze sales data and territory opportunities to meet/exceed sales goals. Qualifications BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university – focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B sales experience, or experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory. Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred. Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography. Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers. Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities. Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation application is preferred. Computer skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested – up to 2 hour radius from headquarters city – some overnight travel may be required. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $90,000 per year plus quarterly bonuses, a fleet vehicle package, paid time off, company paid holidays, 401(k) plan with employer match, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and other employee development programs.
