Job Title: Stamping Operator II
Location: Greensboro, NC
Work Schedule: 4th Shift – Weekends, Days (7:00am to 7:00pm)
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Position Overview:
The Stamping Operator II plays a critical role within the production team by operating and maintaining stamping presses. This position is responsible for setting up dies, ensuring consistent production of quality parts, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards in the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate within a collaborative team environment to keep stamping presses running efficiently.
• Set up stamping dies and presses, and perform necessary die work to achieve quality production standards.
• Conduct quality checks to validate that products meet all quality requirements.
• Package products, including boxing, labeling, and preparing reels for shipment.
• Maintain 5S principles relating to housekeeping and organization to ensure a safe and orderly workplace.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to fulfill all Stamping Operator II responsibilities as prescribed.
• Proficiency in English is required (both written and verbal).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 27 lbs.
• Capability to push up to 69 lbs. peak force.
• Ability to pull up to 80 lbs. peak force.
