• Schedule patient appointments using Open Dental software
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
• Verify insurance information and eligibility
• Process payments and handle billing transactions
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in dental office administration
• Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
