New vendor set up. Process vendor trade and consultant invoices. Process Corporate credit cards. Cash receipt entry. Review/process employee expense reports. Manage all bank transactions. Year end 1099 processing. Sales/use tax reporting. Coordinates annual review documentation for outside accountants. Coordinates asset additions/deletions in the general ledger. Maintains operating leases within Lease Crunch and general ledger.

Research and resolves issues and exceptions. Works closely with controller/other accounting associates on financial updates and reporting needs. 4. Performs other related duties as assigned. Competencies:

Education and Experience Qualifications Associates degree(or higher) in accounting or related field. 4-7 years of accounting related experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Client invoicing experience a plus. Previous experience with Deltek Ajera a plus but not required. Prior consulting firm experience a plus. Supervisory Responsibilities

: This position has no initial supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment:

This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, digital cameras. Physical Demands

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening work may be required as job duties demand. Travel:
