Staff Accountant

The role blends the stability of a long‑established company with the learning environment of a small, collaborative finance team. Responsibilities Support month‑end close through journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activity Perform balance sheet and P&L analysis, ensuring accuracy of postings and reconciliations Assist with expense reviews, variance analysis, and process documentation Contribute to day‑to‑day accounting operations and ongoing workflow improvements Gain exposure to upstream data flows and how financial information impacts downstream reporting Participate in future system modernization efforts, including involvement in an ERP transformation initiative Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 2–3 years of foundational general ledger accounting experience Solid understanding of debits/credits and basic financial statement concepts Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a dynamic environment Positive attitude, curiosity, and openness to coaching If you’re seeking a reporting‑focused role where you can broaden your technical skill set, gain visibility across a corporate accounting organization, and contribute to a high‑growth business, we’d love to connect.
