About the Role:

Join Elices LLC as a Lead Teacher in Tacoma, WA, where you will inspire and guide young minds in a nurturing environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about fostering a love for learning and developing the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards.
Lead classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive learning community.
Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
Facilitate communication between students, parents, and school administration.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Implement behavioral management strategies to promote positive student behavior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
Valid teaching certification or license in Washington State.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a classroom setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and families.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
