Customer Development Representative

Proactively engaging with customers, the full-time remote Customer Development Representative will drive revenue growth through outbound calls, emails, and texts, while managing sales opportunities and exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing roles Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and business development
