Responsibilities Organize and oversee patient care delivery during an assigned shift; ensure proper staffing and smooth operations of a patient care unit. Coach and counsel individual team members; monitor and provide feedback on performance and address training needs. Document daily staffing, operational, and administrative records; maintain compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Provide direction and support to nursing staff, promoting respect for the dignity and rights of every patient; assist with communications with patients and families. Qualifications Education/Skills: Associate Degree in Nursing required. Experience: 5–7 years of clinical experience preferred; 2 years of leadership/management experience preferred.
