Post Liver Transplant Registered Nurse UW Medical Center – Montlake seeks a registered nurse to join our Transplant Services team. The role focuses on the post‑transplantation phase and includes procurement call management. Responsibilities encompass independent patient assessment, triage, education, coordination of medical and nursing care, documentation, and understanding of regulations and data requirements issued by United Network of Organ Sharing and HRSA. Provide nursing care and coordination for post‑liver transplant long‑term patients. Educate surgical (non‑transplant) patients and prepare them for surgery. Perform multiple clinical procedures on a daily basis. Systematically assess the need for and delivery of nursing services, whether directly or via other nursing staff. Schedule Full time Day shift Eight or ten hour shifts Requirements Two years of professional nursing experience. Clinical nursing expertise in post‑liver transplant patient care. Preferable skills in transplant coordination/UNOS and BSN. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $45.59–$83.64 hourly. Additional compensation: $5.00/hour nights, $4.00/hour weekends, $3.00/hour evenings, $1.25/hour Nursing Certification, $1.00/hour BSN Premium.
