## LPN/Licensed Practical Nurse UW Medical Center Montlake RadiologyApplyremote type: No Teleworklocations: Seattle, WAtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: REQ-0000132829**Job Description**UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a **Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Radiology team.** **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**Provide practical nursing care across radiology services (IR/NVIR, CT, MRI) within scope of practice, supporting safe, efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery.* Deliver direct patient care under RN direction, including medication administration, injections, phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and point-of-care testing* Support pre- and post-procedure workflows: patient intake, education, preparation, and discharge instructions* Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, complete medication reconciliation, and ensure readiness for procedures* Assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, maintaining sterile technique and anticipating provider needs* Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition, abnormal findings, or concerns to RN/provider**SCHEDULE**Full TimeDay Shifts**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**Legal RequirementCurrent license to practice as a practical nurse in the State of Washington.Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS*** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; required within 3 months of hire* Experience in procedural, ambulatory, or acute care setting preferred**ABOUT UW MEDICAL CENTER-MONTLAKE** UW Medical Center is an acute care academic medical center located in Seattle with two campuses: Montlake and Northwest.
