Job Title: Ultrasound Tech

License: RDMS - AB and RDMS - OB

Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have: Experience in general ultrasound, OB, limited abdominal vascular, and neonatal exams.

Description:
General Ultrasound Tech position with requirements for some OB and abdominal vascular exams.
The position involves sporadically ordered neonatal exams.
The start date is ASAP.
Shifts are 4x10 on evenings/nights, Tuesday to Friday.
Shift times can vary between 16:30 - 03:00 and may transition to 19:30 - 06:00 based on unit needs.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience.
Fetal echo, procedures, limited abdominal vascular, and neonatal experience are helpful but not mandatory.
No weekend work is required.
There is no call requirement.
Candidates may float within the facility.
Local candidates are accepted.
Maximum requested time off is one week.
In the event of low census, healthcare providers may be called off or placed on call.
Daily census and number of visits per day are not specified.
The facility has 5 rooms available for procedures.
Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Patients may present with a variety of diagnoses, including pediatrics.
The role involves special procedures such as small parts, OB, and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
Experience with various ultrasound techniques, including BPP and doppler studies, is required.
EPIC experience is necessary.
Two supervisory references are required at submission.
