We have a variety of customers all over Louisville and Southern Indiana, Lexington & Elizabethtown.Supervises: Team Leads and/or Front Line EmployeesBasic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals). This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.Major Responsibilities:Complete Strip/Wax and Carpet Cleaning JobsOn site supervisor of special projects like post construction cleaningWork on equipment (vacuums, floor machines, etc.)Hire employeesSupplement site inspections & follow-up plansWork with OP management team. It is your responsibility to provide the customer with the service we have promised and they deserve. The buck stops at you.Work closely in a team-like manner with OP management and follow up on tasks generated by the OP management team.
