Hospice Physician
Consumer Directed Services
Role: Part‑time Hospice Physician in a well‑respected Hospice program located at the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive end‑of‑life care in a high‑quality, professional environment. Offer compassionate treatment to patients transitioning from hospital to home or in final illness stages. Contribute to a serene setting with private rooms and amenities designed for privacy and comfort. Qualifications & Skills: BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. Preference for Board Certified Geriatric and/or Palliative Medicine‑trained physicians. Strong communication, compassionate care approach, and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Key Duties: Deliver specialized end‑of‑life care, support patients and families, and ensure comfort and dignity in a peaceful, accessible environment designed for privacy and serenity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
