Venture Capital & M&A Associate

Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a mid-level associate to join our growing emerging companies/venture capital team in our New York, Palo Alto, Washington, DC or Roseland, NJ office. Candidates should have 3 – 6 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings. Candidates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising/training more junior associates.The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2022 through 2019 is $260,000 to $390,000.
