Job Description

Lowenstein Sandler’s Transactions and Advisory Group is seeking a highly qualified associate with a focus on project finance transactions. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 years of experience representing sponsors, developers, strategic and financial investors and other market participants in sophisticated transactions, including joint ventures, strategic investments, infrastructure or project finance matters, and acquisitions and divestitures. Candidates should have substantial experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, limited liability company agreements, purchase agreements, financing documents, as well as managing due diligence, transaction execution and cross-functional deal teams. Experience advising clients in the data center, infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors is preferred and additional experience in mergers and acquisitions is a plus. Applicants must possess excellent drafting and analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position can be located in our NYC or Roseland, NJ office.

The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2021 through 2019 is $365,000 to $420,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
