Revenue Cycle Orientation & Technical Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Orientation & Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our team at CentraCare! In this role you will collaborate closely with various Revenue Cycle leaders subject matter experts and system-wide stakeholders to perform needs analyses and design curricula develop learning deliverables (synchronous asynchronous live and virtual) address logistical needs of training system-wide facilitate in both direct instruction and train-the-trainer programs and utilize methods to evaluate program success. Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in conveying our company's culture policies and procedures to new employees developing and delivering technical training tailored to various roles and departments within Revenue Cycle and ensuring alignment with organizational goals for process improvement and standardization.

Primary functions include development oversight delivery and evaluation of Revenue Cycle orientation and six-month comprehensive technical onboarding programs to ensure successful achievement of both standardized and site-based Core Competencies.

Schedule: Full-time 80 hours every 2 weeks Monday-Friday 8a-5p Hybrid of in-office and remote work occasional travel to other CentraCare sites needed

Pay & Benefits: Starting pay begins at 49420.80 per year and increases with experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Education Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field. 2 years experience in onboarding training or human resources preferably in a corporate environment. Experience in curriculum design or instructional design. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training techniques. Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and retention programs. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Ability to design and deliver engaging training content and programs. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools is a plus.
