About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Drug Development Scientist to join our R&D team. In this role, you will play a key part in the discovery, design, and development of new therapeutic drugs. From initial concept through clinical trials, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring life-changing medicines to market. This position reflects the forefront of medical innovation and contributes directly to advancements in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preclinical research and help design drug compounds with therapeutic potential.
• Collaborate with chemistry, biology, and clinical teams throughout all phases of the drug development lifecycle.
• Analyze pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, efficacy, and safety data.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments and interpret data to inform next steps.
• Assist in the preparation of investigational new drug (IND) applications and clinical trial protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, etc.) during the development process.
• Maintain detailed lab records and prepare scientific reports and publications.
• Participate in cross-functional project meetings to align on timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• 3 7 years of experience in drug development or pharmaceutical R&D (biotech or pharma environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of drug discovery principles, toxicology, and clinical development pathways
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory submission processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
