Sales Manager

Altius Investech, a pioneering financial services firm with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across mutual funds, equity broking, private equity, unlisted shares, structured products, and ESOP shares. Employment Type: Full-time | Location: Kolkata, India Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new clients for our offerings across mutual funds, equity broking, and financial services Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs to provide tailored solutions Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and products Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Qualifications Graduate degree; professional qualifications like CA, CFA or MBA preferred Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport‑building abilities Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated and driven to meet sales goals Proficiency in relevant software and technology Compensation & Benefits Attractive monthly package of ₹50,000 + lucrative incentives up to ₹1 lakh ESOP worth ₹1 lakh per month Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
