Pay: $24.50–$25.00 per hour
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday
Regular Schedule After Training: Sunday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Shift: 2nd Shift
Location: Wilmington, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation.
This position serves as an important connection between customers, drivers, vendors, warehouse personnel, and internal operations teams . The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable handling a high volume of data entry, and experienced with shipping and receiving documentation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse, distribution, transportation, logistics, or supply chain customer service experience .
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and within required deadlines.
- Perform high-volume data entry across multiple systems.
- Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping documents, labels, and receiving paperwork .
- Support inbound, outbound, and re-palletizing/shave operations.
- Verify inventory availability and process inventory transactions.
- Create and print shipping labels using Zebra printers.
- Track and trace shipments and provide status updates.
- Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding appointments, directions, and shipment information.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate documentation.
- Maintain damage logs, inventory discrepancies, and back-order records.
- Escalate customer or service concerns when necessary.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, warehouse administration, distribution, or supply chain .
- Experience preparing Bills of Lading and shipping documentation .
- Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP, or transportation management systems .
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Associate degree or coursework in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
