Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Shippenville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Shippenville, PA Join Our In-House Rehabilitation Team! Shippenville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated in-house rehabilitation team. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Carry out individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence. Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health EMR. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with Net Health is a plus.
