Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Join our dynamic team at Clarion Nursing and Rehab, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients. As a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation department, working closely with our physical therapy team to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will assist licensed physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions. Your duties will include:
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and screenings to identify treatment needs
• Implementing and modifying treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Providing patient education and training on exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques
• Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
