Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes

• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions, under the supervision of the therapy team

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices
