• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Florida and CCC credentials
• Experience delivering speech and language therapy in schools or pediatric settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress reporting

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to school-aged children
• Evaluate and assess students to determine therapy needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Participate in the development, review, and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth
• Maintain thorough records, including session notes and progress reports
• Attend meetings and contribute insights as part of a multidisciplinary team
