Front Desk Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire) Pay Rate: $18.00 $21.00/hr (Depending on Experience) Schedule: Part-Time | Approx. 2530 hrs/week Mon, Tue, Thu: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM Wed: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM About the Opportunity Are you a natural problem-solver with a knack for keeping cool under pressure? PrideStaff is partnering with a premier community management team to find a professional, compassionate Front Desk Customer Service Representative. In this Temp-to-Hire role, you will serve as the essential first point of contactgreeting visitors, assisting community members, and keeping day-to-day administrative operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Customer & Resident Experience: Warmly greet all incoming guests, handle phone/email inquiries, and provide accurate, helpful info regarding community policies and amenities. Conflict Resolution & De-escalation: Serve as a calming presence during challenging or emotional situations, ensuring issues are resolved with neutrality, empathy, and professionalism. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate logs for service requests, manage key access or amenity passes, organize files, and handle routine clerical tasks. Policy & Confidentiality: Uphold organizational guidelines consistently while strictly protecting sensitive and confidential information. What We're Looking For Education & Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) plus at least 12 years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience. Key Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, basic computer proficiency (MS Office/databases), and excellent de-escalation skills. Mindset: Dependable, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent with a track record of remaining cool under pressure. Requirements: Valid Driver's License.
