What You'll Do

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and support devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to treatment plans
• Document all treatments and patient interactions in electronic medical records accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team during patient care conferences and meetings
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of supervising Physical Therapists
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical practice standards

What You Need

• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Previous experience in long-term care or related settings preferred
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and clinical interventions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
