What You'll Do

• Support physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Administer rehabilitative, skilled treatments for patients with physical functioning issues
• Assist with procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, ambulation, and modalities
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic records
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and their families
• Support the team during meetings, training sessions, and conferences

What You Need

• Valid and active State Licensure for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Prior experience supporting long-term care patients preferred
• Familiarity with rehabilitative procedures and documentation requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
