Looking for a caring babysitter with special needs experience for one child

I am looking to connect with who is interested in joining my family as a regular nanny outside work, on some evenings and weekends and short vacations for our 8 year old autistic son, Ashton. I am not looking for a “regular babysitter.” I need someone who has real experience with autistic children. We live in Royal Brook in Kingwood. Adding in so no one’s time is wasted: I do not want someone who would need to bring their child with them to care for my son. That would be off the table for us. Our son is non-speaking. He does not have any behaviors. He is a very sweet boy and really easy to care for.
