$15–$20/hour based on experience
About the role
Athenian Grill is hiring Back of House Team Members for our Fayette Mall location. We're looking for line and grill cooks who can hold a station during a rush, keep their area clean, and put out food we're proud to serve. Full-time and part-time available. Immediate start.
What you'll do
- Work the grill and line stations to order during peak service
- Prep proteins, vegetables, sauces, and sides to recipe and spec
- Hold portion, temperature, and plating standards on every ticket
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized open to close
- Support the rest of the kitchen team wherever the shift needs it
What we're looking for
- Prior line or grill experience preferred; pay set by what you bring
- Comfortable working fast in a hot kitchen without losing accuracy
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 40 lbs
- Available nights and weekends
- Team-first attitude and a willingness to learn our menu
