As we continue to strengthen our presence in the United States, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Crazy Pizza restaurant in SoHo, New York and play an important role in the continued development of the brand in the US. About the Role As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the performance and day-to-day operation of the restaurant. We are looking for a strong, hands-on hospitality leader who can combine operational excellence with commercial awareness, inspire a high-performing team and consistently deliver the exceptional guest experience and energy that define Crazy Pizza. Responsibilities Lead the overall restaurant operation, ensuring seamless collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams. Oversee the seasonal East Hampton operation alongside the New York restaurant, ensuring consistency in service standards, brand experience and operational performance across both locations. Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the distinctive atmosphere, service standards and energy of Crazy Pizza. Take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labour and cost control, revenue and profitability. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, optimise performance and achieve key business objectives. Lead, develop and retain a high-performing management and restaurant team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence. Oversee recruitment, training, performance management and team development. Maintain the highest standards of food, beverage, service and restaurant presentation. Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, employment and operational requirements. Build strong relationships with guests and the local community, supporting the continued positioning and growth of Crazy Pizza in the New York market. Work closely with senior leadership to support Crazy Pizza's continued expansion in the US, with the opportunity to take on broader operational responsibilities as the brand grows. Qualifications Significant experience as a General Manager or in a comparable senior restaurant leadership position, ideally within the New York market. A strong background in upscale, luxury or high-volume restaurant operations. Proven experience leading and developing large, high-performing restaurant teams. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing budgets, labour and costs and overall restaurant profitability. A genuine passion for hospitality and an instinctive understanding of exceptional guest service. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and highly visible restaurant environment. A hands-on leadership style and the ability to lead by example on the floor.
