Product Lead, Agent Platform — Authoring & Application Experience Location: Seattle / Hybrid (remote optional) Travel Requirement: International travel to India required quarterly or as-needed AI Foundry is an AI building and consulting business working with some of the largest companies in the world. AI Foundry is partnered with a major global company operating across finance, consumer, and retail verticals, leading their AI efforts from the ground up. The team is seeking builders who want to be part of something massive: designing and building multi-agent AI systems that will reshape how hundreds of millions of people interact with financial services, retail, insurance, and consumer products. As Product Lead for Authoring & Application Experience, you own the build-time experience by which authors construct, edit, and reason about agentic workflows: the opinionated builder, the authoring IDE, and the author-facing UX on top of them. This is the surface that produces the reusable, domain-specific agent applications — it sits above the runtime and is where the platform's power either becomes usable or doesn't. You translate the platform's underlying primitives into abstractions a competent author can wield without leaking internals. If you want to define how domain experts build multi-agent workflows at unprecedented scale, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Own the product vision and roadmap for the authoring surface — Wizard Studio and the Ive IDE — and the author-facing application layer end to end. Translate the platform's underlying primitives (Work Primitives, the Domain Package schema) into author-facing abstractions that are powerful without exposing platform internals. Own UX/HCI quality for the authoring experience: the workflows, affordances, and feedback loops authors live in daily. Own the build-time path from intent to a governable, hand-off-ready workflow, and the seams into governance and execution at run-time. Partner with the Domain Package PM (the artifact authors produce) and the Evaluations PM (the feedback authors act on), folding eval and observability signals back into the authoring experience. Set success metrics — time-to-first-workflow, author throughput, authoring-error rates, adoption by domain teams — and drive the roadmap against them. Write crisp specs and decision docs, and prototype with AI-native tools to pressure-test authoring flows before committing engineering investment. Who You Are You have 7+ years in product management, sales engineering, or DevRel, with real-time ownership of a developer-, builder-, or authoring-facing product. You have owned a complex authoring or IDE-class surface — not just forms and CRUD — and understand the difference. You have genuine UX/HCI sensibility and can hold a high bar for an experience people use all day. You are fluent in modern agentic AI: orchestration, tool and function calling, and how authors should reason about them without drowning in internals. You understand abstraction boundaries for end-user needs — what to expose to authors and what to hide — and how that line shifts as the platform matures. You can hold technical authority with senior engineers and designers alike. You have operated from zero to scale and are comfortable defining the authoring model before there is a playbook. You set measurable success criteria and hold the roadmap to them. You are hands-on with AI tools and make ideas tangible through prototypes and clear artifacts. You communicate with high conviction across distributed, cross-time-zone teams, and navigate ambiguity without losing the throughline.
