Executive Assistant

Position Summary... Join Walmart's Global Real Estate team as an Executive Assistant supporting the Senior Vice President, Global Facility Services. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted business partner, helping drive executive effectiveness through strategic calendar management, executive communications, cross-functional coordination, and operational support. Manage a dynamic executive calendar, balancing competing priorities and ensuring leadership time is aligned to key business objectives. Coordinate domestic and international travel, executive meetings, leadership events, and business engagements across multiple stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage executive communications, presentations, reports, and other sensitive business materials. Support financial and operational processes including expense management, invoice processing, reporting, and business tracking. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, helping drive alignment, resolve issues, and ensure seamless execution of priorities.

What you’ll bring…

Experience supporting senior executives in a large, complex, and fast-paced corporate environment. Proven ability to manage highly complex calendars, travel logistics, and shifting priorities with strong business judgment and discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level correspondence and presentations. Experience handling confidential information and building trusted relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing reports, expenses, budgets, or other business operations processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
