Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote and in-person assessments for clients, ensuring critical information is gathered to create a clear understanding of their needs.

• Engage with clients through phone consultations and face-to-face meetings, actively listening to their concerns and fostering trust.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention and support during difficult client situations, deploying effective strategies to de-escalate and manage crises.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and document progress towards treatment goals to ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and team meetings to enhance professional development while contributing to the team’s shared knowledge.
\n
• Monitor and identify signs of child abuse and other safety concerns, taking appropriate actions to ensure client welfare.
\n
• Facilitate referrals to external agencies and services, working collaboratively to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing significant life challenges. Many of these individuals struggle with trauma-related issues stemming from neglect, abuse, or domestic violence, and require supportive counseling services to navigate their circumstances. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing critical interventions and facilitating access to essential resources aimed at improving overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Strong understanding of mental health issues and proven experience working with clients impacted by domestic violence, substance abuse, neglect, and emotional trauma.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic responses.
\n
• Capacity to remain calm and manage client interactions effectively, especially during high-stress situations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is necessary for documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
