Compensation:

$200,000+ OTE

• Lead and inspire a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Recruit top talent to join our Market Center, ensuring a diverse and dynamic team.
• Develop and mentor agents, guiding them to become top producers in the industry.
• Collaborate with other Market Centers and leaders to share resources and best practices.
• Drive the success of our Market Center by setting and achieving ambitious goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and the community to enhance our brand reputation.
• Implement innovative strategies to increase market share and drive business growth in the region.
