You'll design and maintain robust pipelines, architect our data warehouse, and partner closely with Analytics, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure clean, reliable data flows across the business. You bring hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tooling, and you care as much about data quality and governance as you do about shipping fast.You'll translate ambiguous business problems into durable technical solutions, mentor the next generation of data talent, and help us build the data foundation that will carry Wagmo from startup to scale.Our Tech Stack: BigQuery · dbt · Fivetran · Python · GCP · GitHub · Tableau · Slack · Notion · ClaudeCore ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture (BigQuery). Own the infrastructure end-to-end and continuously evolve it as the business grows.Define and implement data models and dbt transformations that are clean, well-tested, and built to last, with strong standards for CI/CD, code review, and documentation.Ensure data quality and reliability across all systems through validation, monitoring, anomaly detection, and clear data contracts and lineage documentation.Partner with Data Analytics, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver the clean, accessible data they need to make decisions.
