Bremen, Deutschland Supply Chain Einkäufer – verantwortlich für die gesamte Beschaffungsaktivität eines zentralen Marktsegments. Von der Ausschreibung und Vertragsverhandlung bis zum Lieferantenmanagement sichern Sie eine optimale Wertschöpfung und minimieren Risiken über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Das Bruttojahresgehalt liegt, je nach Qualifikation, bei max. 88.061 €. Die Position ist vorerst bis zum 31.12.2027 in Befristung zu besetzen. Aufgaben Beschaffungsstrategie : Sourcing-Aktivitäten für den Markt Lager und Metallteile planen und umsetzen Ausschreibung & Vertragsverhandlung : Tenderingsprozesse steuern und Verträge mit optimalen Konditionen aushandeln Lieferantenmanagement : Verträge über Innovations-, Entwicklungs-, Serien- und Supportphasen überwachen und Lieferantenperformance sicherstellen Kostenoptimierung : Den Total Cost of Ownership minimieren und gleichzeitig den Kundennutzen maximieren Projektkoordination : Multifunktionale und multidisziplinäre Teams während der gesamten Vertragslebenszyklusphasen unterstützen Risikomanagement : Tägliche Beziehungen zu Lieferanten pflegen und Risiken in laufenden Projekten proaktiv adressieren Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain/Logistik (mindestens Bachelor) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und Lieferantenmanagement Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche sowie im Vertrags- und Supply-Chain-Management Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Excel, MS-Word und Google Workspace Gute Kenntnisse in Projekt- und Prozessmanagement Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch (mind.
