Job Title: Transportation Specialist (Driver) - Non-Emergency Transportation Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Transportation Specialist to join our team in providing non-emergency transportation services. This position is critical in ensuring that our clients receive safe, reliable, and courteous service to meet their transportation needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from various destinations, including medical appointments, social services, and other non-emergency commitments. Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival and departure. Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and drop-offs, mileage, and fuel consumption for company reporting purposes. Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Provide assistance and support to clients while entering and exiting the vehicle when needed. Uphold high standards of customer service by being friendly, courteous, and attentive to client needs. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a transportation or logistics environment. Excellent navigational and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Flexible schedule and the willingness to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
