Studio Manager

Never Far studios is hiring an organized and detail-oriented Studio Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our creative team on a part time basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, focusing primarily on coordination, operations, scheduling and supporting overall workflow of projects. Responsibilities Manage and maintain studio schedules, including meetings, appointments, and project timelines. Assist with communication and follow-ups between internal teams and external partners. Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure the efficient day-to-day function of the studio. Track project deadlines and maintain up-to-date calendars for ongoing initiatives. Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure all projects stay on track. Qualifications 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative environment. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in client and vendor coordination is highly desirable.
